Superlogic is seeking a Senior Engineer with a specialty in Marketing Technology (MarTech) who can enable our team to execute data-driven marketing strategies effectively. This role requires a full-stack engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of quickly deploying and iterating on marketing tests such as A/B experiments, personalization features, and performance analytics.
You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to enhance our customer experience through technology. Your expertise in front-end and back-end development will be crucial in integrating tracking tools, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring data integrity across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain marketing-related web applications and integrations using React, TypeScript, Next.js, and NestJS
Implement and manage analytics tools, including Google Analytics (GA4), Superset, and custom event tracking solutions
Build and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization experiments (under direction of marketing leadership) to optimize user experiences
Ensure proper tagging and tracking of marketing campaigns, integrating with platforms like Google Tag Manager
Work with APIs to connect marketing tools, CRM systems, and data warehouses
Work with marketing team to optimize performance and SEO for marketing landing pages and conversion funnels
Design and implement our data warehousing strategy
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure clean and actionable marketing data
Automate and streamline workflows between marketing platforms, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency
Connect social networks and optimize campaigns with marketing team
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years deploying production MarTech solutions
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, data, and product
Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
Experience working in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments
Working understanding of growth marketing strategies and customer acquisition funnels
Knowledge of SEO techniques a plus
Familiarity with email marketing APIs and marketing tools like SendGrid, HubSpot, and Braze a plus
Experience in eCommerce, fintech, or Web3 marketing technologies a plus
Technical Skills
Proficiency in full-stack development with React, TypeScript, Next.js, and NestJS
Experience working with Google Analytics (GA4), Superset, and other BI or analytics platforms
Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Segment, or other event tracking platforms
Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and personalization strategies
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CDPs (Customer Data Platforms), and CRM integrations
Experience with event-driven architecture and tracking pixel implementations
Strong knowledge of web performance optimization and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
