Superlogic is seeking a strategic partnerships expert to design and contract coveted “money-can’t-buy” experiences across the entertainment, sports and dining/hospitality industries for our business-to-business (B2B) experiential rewards marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate, source, and negotiate preferred experience partnerships across entertainment, sports, dining/hospitality, and lifestyle categories

  • Work directly with our sales team to design and curate engaging, unique experiences for Superlogic brand clients that meet customer demand

  • Support sales in pitching experiences to clients

  • Manage experience partner relationships and work with Superlogic’s legal and Product teams to establish contracts that align with Superlogic’s business goals and customer service standards.

  • Oversee experience inventory management, ensuring availability, exclusivity, and quality control.

  • Optimize pricing models and partnership terms to ensure strong ROI to Superlogic and its brand clients.

  • Analyze market trends to identify new and emerging experience categories.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in designing, building and managing a pipeline of premium experience offerings across entertainment, sports and dining/hospitality categories.

  • Strong existing network in sports, entertainment, dining and/or hospitality industries.

  • Proven negotiation skills with experience managing partnership contracts

  • Ability go go beyond simple event resale and conceptualize/package unique experiential offerings serving aspirational end consumers

  • Deep understanding of the experience economy and emerging market trends

  • Ability to help navigate legal and compliance issues related to experience partnerships.

  • Detail oriented, customer-obsessed approach, working across Superlogic to help onboard experience providers 

  • Tech-savvy mindset, comfortable interacting with digital platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) databases, and operational workflows.

  • Experience with loyalty programs, credit card rewards and perks, or experiential marketing a plus.

  • Previous experience working in a B2B2C platform or marketplace a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
